Otherwise Extremely Fine. Scott $10,000 A MOST ATTRACTIVE EXAMPLE OF THE EXCEEDINGLY RARE 15¢ PERF 10 AT TOP OR BOTTOM, BEING ONE OF ONLY TWO CERTIFIED EXAMPLES, THERE ARE NO UNUSED, AND EASILY THE MORE ATTRACTIVE-THE OTHER IS SOMEWHAT HEAVILY CANCELLED, STRAIGHT EDGED AND HAS FAULTS. THE 15 ¢ 1917, ALONG WITH THE 50¢ WOULD SEEM TO BE THE RAREST OF THE PERF 10 ON ONE SIDE VARIETIES. ONCE AGAIN, THE CATALOGUE VALUE APPEARS TO BE QUITE DATED. Expertization: 2015 P.F. Certificate.
