Horizontal pair with s.e. at right as always, o.g., lightly hinged, virtually perfect centering, bright color and sharp impression, an Extremely Fine gem, a rare and grossly undercataloged imperforate between variety, Scott catalog value for the grade of fine, with 2013 P.S.A.G. certificate. Scott No. 525c; $500. A search of the P.F. certification records, only seven mint pairs are recorded (not including this pair). Only one example does not have the perfs touching or into the design and is not as well centered as this example.
