Scott #K17, 2c on 1c Green, post office fresh top margin plate no. 11790 block of six, strong color and impression on fresh white paper, o.g., never hinged, fine centering as usual for this value; on this locally printed value only top and left plate positions of the ten plate numbers used are known, it is presumed this is a top left position since one can not determine position the position by the overprint; only 100 sheets of 100 were overprinted totaling 200 plate blocks printed from all plates, it is not known how may sheets of each of the ten plate numbers were used but if they were divided equally this would be only 20 plate blocks printed from each plate with far less still extant.
