Scott #K18, 4c on 2c Carmine, full top margin plate no. 13129 block of six, rich color on bright white paper, crisp and intact, o.g., never hinged, fine-very fine and an attractive plate block of this difficult value; the number printed of this value is the same as the 2c on 1c local overprint but virtually all were from this one plate (it is estimated the two or three sheets of plate 13077 were also used), since all known are top and right positions it is presumed this is a top right position as this plate lacked the “F”.
