(?)” circular datestamp on legal-size “War Department, Adjutant General’s Office, Official Business” imprint cover to Baltimore, receiving backstamp, a bit aged and brittle around edges, reinforced in places ONE OF THREE REPORTED 15-CENT WAR DEPARTMENT COVERS.
