THIS SPECTACULAR PAIR OF THE 4-CENT HORIZONTAL COIL, SCOTT 395, HAS BEEN GRADED SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E. THIS IS THE HGHEST GRADE AWARDED. With 2011 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98, SMQ value $1,400.00). This is an exceedingly difficult coil to find in superb used condition. This pair is the only used example in any format to achieve a 98 grade in the P.S.E. Population Report. The highest grade for a single is 95 and the highest for a guide line pair is 90.
