Intense color and detailed impression, neat wavy-line machine cancel, single pulled perf at upper right not mentioned on accompanying certificate, otherwise Fine example of this scarce shade, extremely rare in unused or used condition, Johl notes that this issue, which was the first Perf 10 stamp to be issued, was printed frequently because the Bureau was preparing to issue rotary press stamps in the immediate future and this was printed from time to time as requisitions demanded, this shade is very distinct in comparison to the previous lot, ex Blumenkopf, with 1989 P.F. certificate
