50c Orange (Scott 275). Bottom imprint and plate no. 75 block of six, original gum, vibrant color, choice centering, top left and bottom center stamps small thin spots VERY FINE APPEARANCE. A RARE PLATE BLOCK OF THE 1895 50-CENT WATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE. We were able to locate only about a half-dozen plate blocks of this issue. As another indication of rarity, none was offered in any of the Todd sales.
