A RARE AND DESIRABLE MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF THE 15-CENT COLUMBIAN. As noted in the description of lot 1541, the white crackly gum sometimes found on Columbians leaves no doubt that the gum is Mint Never-Hinged.
