A SCARCE JOINT LINE PAIR OF THE RARE 2-CENT TYPE II PERF 10 HORIZONTAL COIL ON UNWATERMARKED PAPER. Unlike most other issues, the horizontal coil is actually scarcer than the vertical coil.
