Scott $15,000 A MOST HANDSOME EXAMPLE OF THIS EXCEEDINGLY RARE PLATE BLOCK. Expertization: 1981 PF Certificate. Very few plate blocks exist whatsoever, of these, few are without faults and most are quite off center.
