Deep rich color, two neat strikes of circular datestamp, wide and well-balanced margins, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp, ex Tahoe, 2004 P.F. certificate no longer accompanies, P.S.E. encapsulated (XF-Superb 95, SMQ value $1,350.00), this is the highest grade awarded to date, and only seven others share this grade, a note from master grader William Litle which accompanied the original paper certificate explained that the strength of the cancel kept this from being graded Superb 98 (note no longer accompanies)
