Scott $70 AN INCOMPARABLE MINT JUMBO SINGLE IN THE HIGHEST QUALITY OBTAINABLE, BEING THE HIGHEST GRADED BY THE PSE TO DATE WITH ONLY ONE OTHER AT THIS GRADE. Expertization: 2002 PF for block from where this originated and 2007 PSE Certificates, the latter graded Superb 98J. Provenance: “Westchester”. The 2¢ Small Bank Note is not a rare stamp, in fact over 6 billion were printed. Yet we have never seen another that begins to approach this startling jumbo in the magnitude of its proportions, and still exhibiting impeccable never hinged original gum.
