A RARE IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER MULTIPLE OF THE 1899 10-CENT TYPE II. AS AN INDICATION OF RARITY, WE HAVE NEVER SOLD A FULL PLATE BLOCK IN MINT NEVER-HINGED CONDITION. In 2011 we offered a no-gum plate block, also from the top position, but with shorter selvage, it was the only full plate block we had offered since keeping computerized records.
