Wide top imprint and plate no. 613 block of four, Mint Never-Hinged, rich color and detailed impression, strong intact perfs FINE AND QUITE POSSIBLY THE ONLY MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF THE $2.00 TRANS-MISSISSIPPI ISSUE EXTANT. THIS IS ONE OF THE RAREST OF ALL COMMEMORATIVE PLATE BLOCKS. There are perhaps three imprint and plate number blocks of six in existence. The imprint and plate number block of four format is also extremely scarce, and we do not recall ever seeing another Mint N.H. plate block, except for the half-pane of 25. With 1998 P.F. certificate.
