A BEAUTIFUL MINT NEVER-HINGED RIGHT IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF THE 15-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER. A TRUE CONDITION RARITY AND POSSIBLY THE FINEST KNOWN IN MINT NEVER-HINGED CONDITION. We doubt whether more than a half-dozen exist in Mint N.H. condition. This example is particularly desirable by virtue of the wide selvage and unusually choice centering. With 1969 P.F. certificate.
