Circle of wedges cancel, perfect centering amid large beautifully balanced margins all around, uncommonly rich deep color, Superb, one of only two examples to receive this lofty graded with only one higher (a 98J), with 2005 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates, the later Graded (Superb 98, SMQ $5,500). Scott No. 71; $190. WITHOUT QUESTION ONE, IF NOT THE FINEST EXAMPLE OF THE 1861 30¢ FRANKLIN ISSUES IN EXISTENCE.
