A BEAUTIFUL ARE RARE SMALL-FORMAT QUADRUPLE-RATE COVER TO ENGLAND BEARING THE 90-CENT 1861 ISSUE. AN EXTREMELY RARE LARGE MULTIPLE OF THE 1861 90-CENT BLUE — VERY SUITABLE FOR EXHIBITION.
