III, the impression is strong so we surmise that this is only plate wear of a weak original line, Very Fine, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate as Ty. IIIa and 2008 Weiss certificate as Ty. III No. 8 which states “Must be plated for positive type identification as bottom frame break is tiny.
