Position 35R4, full margins all around, wonderful deep rich color with a virtually face-free portion of cork cancel at top right, there is a tiny break in the bottom frameline that should qualify this as Ty. III, the impression is strong so we surmise that this is only plate wear of a weak original line, Very Fine, with 2009 P.S.E. certificate as Ty. IIIa and 2008 Weiss certificate as Ty. III No. 8 which states “Must be plated for positive type identification as bottom frame break is tiny. Barely qualifies as #8”, we agree with the P.S.E. opinion
