A STUNNING MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 1914 20-CENT PERF 12 SINGLE-LINE WATERMARK ISSUE, SCOTT 419, WHICH HAS BEEN GRADED XF-SUPERB 95 BY P.S.E.
