Of these, only four have perforations all around and are confirmed as sound. Of these four, one has perforations touching on one side, one has a part imprint (ex Whitman) and one shows the plate number but perfs just touch at right. There are no other potentially sound and centered examples of this issue, this leaves just this stamp and the ex-Whitman copy as the only two with perforations all around in sound condition where the perfs do not touch the design.
