A PHENOMENAL MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 15-CENT 1879 AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE, GRADED SUPERB 98 XQ BY THE PHILATELIC FOUNDATION.
