A PHENOMENAL STAMP IN EVERY RESPECT — THIS IS THE FINEST USED EXAMPLE OF THIS ISSUE WE HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. A WONDERFUL CONDITION RARITY. SMQ estimates that approximately 40 used copies exist. Most are either off-center or have small faults. A review using Power Search failed to find its equal. The closest comparable copy was offered in our sale of the Dauer collection in 2008, which has a similar cancel. With 1988 P.F. certificate.
