3c Green (158). Mint N.H., rich color and crisp paper which is as fresh as the day it was printed, perfectly centered with Jumbo margins all around EXTREMELY FINE GEM. A MAGNIFICENT MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 3-CENT 1873 CONTINENTAL BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE IN THE FINEST CONDITION ATTAINABLE. This stamp has every quality one could ask for — pristine Mint Never-Hinged gum, beautiful color, perfect centering, wide margins and a detailed impression. Ex Scarsdale. With 2000 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo, unpriced in SMQ in Mint N.H. condition). Only one has graded higher to date, and this is the only example to achieve this grade.
