Feb. 14/10” Valentine’s Day circular datestamp on blue folded cover to Ludlow Beebee & Co. in Philadelphia, Extremely Fine, a beautiful cover postmarked on Valentine’s Day, from the Ludlow Beebe correspondence, the custom of affixing a stamp upside down to indicate romantic intentions would not apply to this business letter, but the Valentine’s Day date is nonetheless desirable
