Scott price $400 OFFERING EVERYTHING ONE COULD HOPE FOR IN A MINT BANK NOTE ISSUE: BRILLIANT COLOR, PERFECT CENTERING, HUGE MARGINS AND PRISTINE, NEVER HINGED ORIGINAL GUM. THIS IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE OF THIS STAMP TO BE THE RECIPIENT OF THE LOFTY GRADE OF GEM 100J. IN FACT, IT IS THE ONLY MINT EXAMPLE OF ANY OF THE 1870-88 BANK NOT ISSUES TO ACHIEVE THIS GRADE. Expertization: 2007 P.S.E. Certificate graded Gem 100J. This is the only never hinged example graded Gem 100J by the P.S.E., the highest possible grade.
