THIS SUPERB STAMP HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF GEM 100 BY P.S.E. — THIS IS BY FAR THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED TO DATE AND IT IS THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO ACHIEVE THIS GRADE.
