AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE EXAMPLE OF THE 1917 3-CENT PERF 10 AT TOP. WE RECORD ONLY SEVEN IN OUR CENSUS. Our census of Scott 502e (available at http://www.siegelauctions.com/dynamic/census/502e/502e.pdf) and printed on p. 89 of this catalogue contains seven examples, including two that are part of a block of three stamps (ex Zoellner), another with the same Caldwell precancel and three others with different precancels.
