THIS SUPERB USED EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL RE-ISSUE IS EASILY ONE OF THE FINEST IN EXISTENCE. SMQ estimates that approximately 30 used examples are known. We estimate that between 30 and 50 are known used. However, it is surprisingly difficult to obtain in such superb condition. Ex Saadi. With 1984, 1989 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (XF 90 Jumbo, SMQ price $6,250.00 as 90, unpriced in SMQ as 95). This is the highest grade awarded and it is the only example to achieve this grade.
