Scott value $675 for never hinged AN EXQUISITELY FRESH AND PERFECTLY CENTERED MINT SINGLE, QUITE POSSIBLY WITHOUT EQUAL. Expertization: 1996 PF Certificate. Again, we pored over dozens and dozens of auction catalogues without ever encountering a never hinged single that could begin to rival the present 2¢brown for freshness, color and centering.
