We can count on one hand the number of Scott 142’s with blue cancels we have offered. With 1999 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (F-VF 75, SMQ $3,000.00 as 70, $6,000.00 as 80). In our opinion the P.S.E. did not give this a fair grade.
