Scott $200 A BREATHTAKING MINT SINGLE THAT WE FEEL WE CAN UNEQUIVOCALLY STATE IS THE FINEST EXTANT- IT IS THE HIGHEST GRADED TO DATE BY THE PSE AND THE SOLE EXAMPLE IN THIS GRADE. Expertization: 2006 PSE Certificate graded Superb 98J. Provenance: “Westchester”. If one could design the perfect 6¢ Columbian, one could not possibly produce a finer example than the printing division of the American Bank Note Company has done for us.
