THIS STAMP HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF GEM 100 JUMBO BY P.S.E., WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE POSSIBLE. THIS IS ALSO ONE OF ONLY THREE COLUMBIAN DENOMINATIONS TO ACHIEVE THIS PERFECT GRADE. With 2014 P.S.E. certificate (Gem 100 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98, SMQ value $625.00 as 98).
