The centering on the plate block offered here is superior to the others

A MAGNIFICENT USED EXAMPLE OF THE 1894 15-CENT UNWATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE IN THE FINEST CONDITION ATTAINABLE. THIS WONDERFUL STAMP HAS BEEN AWARDED THE GRADE OF SUPERB 98 BY P.S.E., WHICH IS THE HIGHEST GRADE AWARDED AND THE ONLY EXAMPLE TO ACHIEVE THIS GRADE. Ex Natalee Grace. With 1999 P.F. and 2009 P.S.E. certificates (Superb 98; SMQ $2,800.00). This is the highest grade awarded and the only example to achieve this grade.
