o 1852, 1¢ blue, type IV (9), partial reconstruction of plate one late, comprises 134 stamps representing 120 different positions, includes nine pairs, 18 strips or “blocks” of three (two on cover), four blocks of four (36-37/46-47L, 39-40/49-50R, 62-63/72-73R, 77-78/87-88R, last unused, regummed) and a block of six (1-3/11-13R “cut to shape” at top); a few varieties are included like position 4R, the only position on the plate not recut, 89R with break at bottom, position 56R with small natural paper fold, triple transfers: 81L (2), 91L, two Mobile, Ala. red “paint” cancels; condition is rather mixed but we do note a good number of F-VF or better copies.
