Through an error at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing, a small quantity of this stamp was erroneously printed using the inks in use at the time for the Postage Due issues. Ex Killien. With 2001 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (VF 80; unpriced in SMQ). This is the only P.S.E. graded example of this issue.
