THIS ISSUE IS NOT KNOWN AS A FULL PLATE BLOCK — AN IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER STRIP IS THE ONLY MULTIPLE (ASIDE FROM A BLOCK OF FOUR WITH IMPRINT ONLY) TO COME CLOSE.
